Use cases / Enterprise and knowledge search
Your company's knowledge, searchable in an afternoon.
Wikis, tickets, help-center articles, docs and code all end up in different tools. Load them into one WarpSearch collection and search them with keyword and vector matching together, scoped to what each person is allowed to see.
Built for messy, real-world content
Company brain
Answer "what did we decide about Q3 pricing?" across meeting notes, email and wikis, and hand the passages to your assistant.
Help center and support
Customers describe symptoms, articles describe fixes. Hybrid matching connects them even when the words differ.
Code and docs
Code-aware analysis matches exact identifiers like retryWebhook, and vectors match what the code does. See Text analysis.
Per-user permissions
Join each user's groups to document ACLs inside the query with lookup, so results never leak. See Graph search.
People and relationships
Graph queries walk who wrote what, who worked with whom, and how documents link, up to 3 hops, with PageRank ranking.
Many languages
Stemming in 30 languages, CJK, Arabic and Hebrew analysis, and ICU folding. See Languages.

Questions
Can each user see only their documents?
Yes. Store ACLs on documents and a user's groups on a user document, and a lookup query filters results to what that user may see, in the same request.
Do you crawl our tools for us?
No. You send documents through the API, an Elasticsearch-compatible shipper, or an agent over MCP. Umbraco has a ready-made connector.
